ReplyDeleteLooking at this I was thinking about camber in skis and how you have reverse camber happening in Lib-tech snowboards.
Being in a place with the "eternal snow" I intend to be snowskating-up at Zermatt real soon. Does reverse camber have a place in snowskating? Bidecks and singles? I was thinking what if you built a reverse camber version of a single deck powskate kinda like Wolle Nyvelt's Aesthetiker one?
thanks Nick, I will post more pics...the board is 31" long so its real cruisey and carvy, i think it would be even more fun shorter...the deck is just resisn over cloth, the fiberglass glass cloth gives it a grippy texture, like the old fiberglass skates from 70's..real fun.
ReplyDeletei think a powder single with reverse camber would work really well, google "powderday saints"...zero camber works well too...stoked to hear feedback from Zermatt!
