great KARMA

back in school my college roommate was a very creative dude...always drawing, designing, and moving...he's travelled around a bunch, constantly hiking, running, telemark skiing and boarding.. he's the kind of guy who moves to jackson hole breaks his skis intancely, decides to try telemarking and for next 3 years never goes back to a fixed heel ski...dude is fearless....but his artwork has always driven him the most....
for past 10-12 years he's combine his two passions of art and snow covered mountains and carved out a very cool living, the short story: he makes interactive trail maps , skier responsibility codes, and children's coloring books for major ski resorts..to name a few of his commercial designs...his portfolio is spread across lengendary resorts around the country....his posters, tags, and art pieces are whimsical and classical at the same time...and totally his (i wish I had examples to post, but he keeps most of his images in flash) ...(like 14 years ago he even won a ski magazine poster contest or something and the prize was a heli trip in alaska..lucky dude)
