PREDOG Trucks
...a couple of seasons back Jim @ predog picked up a huge top deck from me. At the time he shared a proto- concept of his new snowskate truck design (you can see photos of it somewhere on this blog)

Looks like a beautiful truck.
ReplyDeleteHow does the weight compare to Rockers?
It seems like the adjustability makes it much more versatile for all mountain riding. However I am curious whether the deck mount hinders pop for those who do more of the trick style riding.
Definitely a convenient adjustable all mountain truck by design!
...not sure either nick, I'll pass on any new info when I find out
ReplyDeleteTrucks are very light and produce lots of POP for tricks. I am modifying the front truck hole mounts on the ski mount plate to be a single slot. This will enable a "one pin pull"1 for advisability, making it even more versatile.
ReplyDeleteVery important note, ski mount plates when rotated 90 degrees fit Rocker hole pattern. My goal is to fit Rocker and Chiller, Ralston, Minus 7 hole patterns.
Also have 500 retractable leashes being made for the new year.
Kevin, thanks for the post. Will keep you up to date with progress.
