SKATE the SNOW. DVD
Received a copy of 'skate the snow' yesterday from andrew and gearbox films... Andrew did an excellent job telling the tale of snowskating and offering a glimpse into it's future...
He hasn't pinned down away of purchasing the video yet, but when he does, I will post a link... Definitely worth buying a copy... More to come... Great job! To everyone involved

12/9/10
I check weather forecasts alot....all sorts of surf forecast sites, ski/snow sites, and tons of blogs with cams... Probably my favorite combo is magic seaweed, combine with the 'vanilla' weather button on my phone, the one that just shows simple icons. I have so many towns saved on my phone, that a quick scroll reveals if the storm is moving across land, down from canada or cranking along the coast.....coupled with predicted buoy heights and booya!! I'm locked in?? with all this tech and knowledge, one thing is sure, not one inch of snow has fallen so far in my front yard... Haha ...soon ... This cam pic is from an area upstate that has already received 30" and is inching toward four feet! Check the stake... There's a few resorts up there and plenty of sidecountry, which is nice, because if things don't start piling up locally, it's only a car ride away and it's got a snow flake everyday this week !!! (I've also noticed that PNW is getting walloped again) check out the white door
