Picked up inch or two at the s turn today
Headed for a hike with December Joe and his boy... He's ridden snowskates for years, but today was his first time riding something bigger then a Burton junkyard, and he was stoked... We had limited time, so nothing to exciting happened... just linked some turns
... They're calling for 5 more inches tonight...

If u have any questions
This board loves to go...
Closing the books on this grip design.. Foam wedge for front foot, needs to be made from EVA foam too.. I used a real spongey stryofoam, that just couldn't handle the abuse..
At 2 pm today
It started to just snow hard... Even heard thunder... But the band of snow moved to quick for it to pile up.. Got a chance to snowskate before dark ^

Green deck headed to CHINA
...nick c. Is moving from Switzerland to shanghai and is bringing the snowskate culture with him....He'll be enroute with 3 complete bi-decks and one single deck... That's more snowskates then one would see at a local resort.. Nick's the man ... Last I heard, he was being towed into a hit by a horse riding a 0910 /december bi-deck somewhere in Germany ...Best of luck nick
(nick is currently tied with lakeside for record number of december decks; 3)

Pow talk
here's a rather sorry look into our newest powderboard...I wish I had waited until I rode it in some epic conditions before posting a video, but that has not been the case with all the holiday business, maybe soon. In the mean time it handled twenty inches of powder like a dream, and it's performance on packed powder was absolutely suprising....I guess it is a combination of the concaved deck and the sharp edged channeled bottom, that gives the board it's bite. I tried to highlight that in the video, but its not very impressive conditions...hopefully part 2 will involve deeper and steeper everything..
...the bottom line?
it's too much fun to ride, every surfer and skater will howl after connecting a few turns on it...
48" long 12" wide, 7 plys of maple and balsa wood, flex epoxy and ptex, gripped with multi-dimensional EVA grip..

Last day of 2010
...headed into mount shock with jeremy for his first time 'skate session' ... He just got home from Taos, so I was suprised to sse him stoked to be up on the little hill... Jeremy is a life long surfer, so I figured he pick it up pretty quickly, sure enough... He was carving it up on his second descent.. Great weather, fun last day of 2010... Best of luck to all in 2011!! Skate snow
